REVIEW OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT BY THE VISUAL MAPPING TECHNIQUES

چکیده
Amaç: Çal??man?n amac? bilimsel haritalama tekniklerine dayal? sistematik bir yakla??m ile Toplam Kalite Yönetim konusunun literatürde nas?l ele al?nd??? en çok hangi noktalar?n ara?t?r?ld???n? ve alan?n gelecekte konuma oturaca??n? de?erlendirmektir. Yöntem: Bibliyometrik doküman analizi yönteminden faydalan?lm??t?r. Bu iki tekni?in kullan?m? s?ras?nda CiteSpace, Wosviewer Search Carrot, Google araçlar? (Google Ngram, fusion) gibi çe?itli yaz?l?mlardan Ortak at?f a?lar? kelimelere haritalama, patlamalar?, dual map çizimi analiz için kullan?lan araçlard?r. Bulgular: Yönetimi konusu disiplinler aras?nda yönetim alan?nda kullan?lmaktad?r. Ayr?ca, konunun kalite sistemleri, ürün kalitesi anahtar kelimelerle arat?ld??? bulgusuna ula??lm??t?r. TKY’ye olan ilginin 1985 y?l?ndan sonra artt??? 1995 y?l?nda ise bu yükse?e ula?t??? yükseli?in devam?nda 2008 y?l?na kadar sürekli ini? ya?ad??? görülmü?tür. konusunu dünyada ABD ?ngiltere ülkelerinde çal???ld??? Sonuçlar: ?ncelenen temel yay?nlarda genellikle TKY’nin kalitesine, i?letme performans?na (verimlilik dahil) etkisinin ara?t?r?lmas? önerilmektedir. noktada sonuç itibariyle felsefesi olarak kald??? sürece kavram?n popülerli?ini yitirece?i sonucu ç?kar?lm??t?r.
